Further strengthening the Goshen-Pleasant HIll Fire Districts' relationship, Andrew Smith was promoted to "Division Chief for Training and Operations' on June 2, 2016. Chief Smith serves our Districts with over 10 years experience as a firefighter/officer. He currently has earned his FIre Officer 2, Hazmat IC, Instructor 2 and EMT-I certifications. Both Fire Boards approved a proposed Chain of Command showing Division Chief Smith as second in command subsequent to the promot
